Ironclad was founded in 1987 by Victor "Vic" Harlan in a converted auto garage on the corner of 5th and Birch. With nothing but a single chair, a straight razor, and an uncompromising standard for craft, Vic built a barbershop that became a neighborhood institution.
Three decades later, the garage is gone but the spirit remains. We've grown to five chairs and five master barbers, each trained in the Ironclad tradition — no shortcuts, no gimmicks, just sharp steel and steady hands.
